Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Kingdom Culture International Publishing House ("KCiPH", "we", "us") website at kingdomculture.app or any related apps and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Book purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read or listen to the title in formats provided. KCiPH Unlimited is a recurring subscription that grants access to the catalog as long as the subscription is active. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your Account. Trial periods are described at sign-up.
4. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by KCiPH, the contributing author, or licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, train models on, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
5. Author Submissions
Manuscripts submitted through the Author Studio remain the property of the author. By submitting, you grant KCiPH a license to evaluate, edit, and — upon a signed publishing agreement — produce and distribute the work according to its terms. Royalties are paid as described in your individual publishing agreement.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to circumvent DRM, harass other users, or interfere with the operation of the platform. Reviews and comments must be your own original work.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the Account page.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCiPH disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
