Ebooks and Audiobooks
Because digital books are delivered immediately, all ebook and audiobook purchases are final. We will issue a refund in cases of duplicate purchase, a corrupt file we cannot replace, or a billing error. Contact support@kingdomculture.app within 14 days of purchase with your order number.
KCiPH Unlimited Subscription
You may cancel at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months. New subscribers may request a refund within the first 7 days of a paid period if they have not consumed more than two audiobook credits.
Print Orders (Print-on-Demand)
Printed books are produced on demand by our print partner. We will replace or refund books that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. Reports must include a photo of the issue and be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse on printed copies.
Author Royalties
Refunds processed on a sale will be deducted from the corresponding author's royalty balance for that title.
