Dr. Jeremiah C. Hackley is a theologian, educator, publisher, organizational strategist, and founder of Kingdom Culture International Publishing House (KCiPH), a Christ-centered, interdenominational publishing ministry dedicated to advancing faithful scholarship, biblical literacy, and practical theology for the global Church. His writing explores the intersection of Scripture, Kingdom theology, organizational leadership, Christian education, publishing, technology, family formation, and cultural engagement.
Serving as Senior Minister of Throne Church and Founder and Senior Theological Mentor of Kingdom Culture International Fellowship, Dr. Hackley has devoted his ministry to equipping leaders, strengthening institutions, and helping churches, educational organizations, nonprofit ministries, and emerging Christian communities build sustainable systems that preserve both theological integrity and organizational health. His work bridges the historic Christian faith with the contemporary challenges facing the Church, including leadership development, succession planning, discipleship, digital transformation, pastoral care, and the responsible integration of emerging technologies into ministry.
Dr. Hackley is also the founder of Rigor HQ, an academic personal development and discipleship platform designed to cultivate disciplined thinking, lifelong learning, theological formation, leadership development, and practical wisdom. Through Rigor HQ, he encourages learners to unite spiritual maturity with intellectual excellence, equipping pastors, educators, scholars, entrepreneurs, and everyday believers to pursue lives of faithful stewardship, critical inquiry, and Kingdom impact.
Dr. Hackley holds degrees in theology, ministry, music technology, and law and has pursued advanced doctoral research in educational law. Throughout his career, he has served in higher education, institutional governance, Christian broadcasting, theological education, publishing, and organizational consulting. His ministry reflects a commitment to rigorous biblical interpretation, lifelong learning, and the conviction that spiritual formation and disciplined scholarship belong together rather than in opposition.
As Publisher of Kingdom Culture International Publishing House, Dr. Hackley writes across multiple disciplines, including theology, practical theology, church leadership, organizational development, Christian education, marriage and family, publishing, entrepreneurship, technology, Christian history, and Kingdom culture. His growing catalog seeks to equip pastors, educators, scholars, ministry leaders, families, entrepreneurs, and everyday believers with resources that are biblically grounded, historically informed, academically responsible, and spiritually transformative.
His vision for KCiPH is to cultivate one of the world's leading interdenominational publishing communities where scholars, pastors, historians, counselors, educators, and emerging authors preserve truth, strengthen faithful discipleship, and serve future generations through excellent Christian literature. Through publishing, education, and mentorship, he seeks to help build a global culture in which scholarship, spiritual formation, and practical ministry flourish together for the glory of God.
